Welcome to SafeCheck ("the App")!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SafeCheck regarding your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SafeCheck is an elderly safety check-in application that helps family members:

• Daily Check-in: Elderly users can check in daily to confirm safety with family
• Safety Alerts: Send notifications to guardians when elderly users miss check-ins
• Guardian Relationships: Allow family members to establish guardian relationships
• Cross-Timezone: Support use across different countries and timezones

2. User Registration & Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You need to provide a real, accurate phone number for registration
• You are responsible for protecting your account security
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• If you discover unauthorized use, you should notify us immediately

3. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Only use the App for lawful purposes
• Not impersonate others or provide false information
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's normal operation
• Not engage in any activity that may harm the App or its users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Harassing other users
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Using the App for illegal activities

• Use SafeCheck's trademarks or logos without explicit permission

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects in the service will be corrected

Important Note: This App is intended as a family safety辅助 tool and cannot replace professional emergency services, medical monitoring, or other professional care.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeCheck shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service
• Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in any content or materials accessed through the service
• Unauthorized access or use of our secure servers
• Any viruses, trojans, or similar harmful code

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms of this agreement
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse or abuse of the service

9. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the modified agreement.

Significant changes will be notified to you via in-app notification or email.

10. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, but given the global nature of our services, we will also comply with applicable international laws and regulations.

For EU users, we will comply with GDPR and other applicable EU data protection laws.
